Good evening and happy reading, We started at 8 o'clock in the morning just like usual. We were oneline and
supervisor questioned us about our prepare for Indonesian Buffet. Because of
all the preparation was completed, we were able to doing soon. First, my team
made terong santan. The ingredient such as : eggplant, coconut milk, water and
spicy such as shallot, garlic, Chili, Cayenne then blended and sauté until
fragrant.Picture 1 is terong santan and I will explain a little about its
history. Terong is fruit-producing plants used as vegetables. Originally from
India. That's what I can explain about eggplant, terong santan is our menu of
today and not only terong santan we also made varietas dish today.
Picture 2 is rendang. Rendang is a typical food of north
Sumatera.Figure 2 is rendang. Rendang is a typical dish of North Sumatra.
Rendang is a spicy meat dish that uses a mixture of various kinds of herbs or
spices. This cuisine is produced from the cooking process which is reheated
repeatedly with coconut milk. Rendang also entered the main course.
Picture 3 is a Taliwang grilled chicken. I will explain a little
about the picture above, that is Taliwang grilled chicken is one of the typical
dishes of the archipelago from Lombok which is popular with savory and spicy
bite. This chicken concoction is typical of the Sasak region, this Lombok
origin is indeed from the Karang village of Taliwang, precisely in the
cakranegara area. That's what I can tell you a little about the roasted
Taliwang chicken. Taliwang grilled chicken is one of our menus on the same day
with coconut milk in the first picture.
