Daily Activity (English Version) #3 " English Breakfast "

     At 07:00 o'clock we were oneline and checked the completness of tools. We got into the kitchen at 07:20 and we were oneline in the cold kitchen. After the neat a row, we were given the direction from the lecturer for prepared english breakfast. We were divided into the three groups. Our group were given the task for made the juice for breakfast. 

     After breakfast finished, we were prepared the ingredients for indonesian breakfast tomorrow. The senior divided the groups according to group individual work. Our group were given the task for prepared the ingredients of chicken porridge. After all the groups done, we were given the times for took a rest for one a half hour. We were out at 12:30 for lunch and took a prayed until 14:00 o'clock. 

     After the rest done, we eentered for review and did the introduction to the seniors until 13:00 o'clock. After the review, we were divided for general cleaning. I was given the task in the cold kitchen. When everything done, we were oneline in front of the kitchen and prepared for back to home.

This morning I am leave from Dormitory to Campus with my seniors. this is the fourth day   in this week and I am late because I saw my friend was line up and   I am just arrived in the kitchen. I use all my equipment and join with my friends. After check attendance list, I go to chiller for take the ingredients we prepared before, then we back to kitchen to get some information from lecturer about menu today. The name of menu we make today is Celebes buffet and my groups get appetizer because my group in this week just making appetizer. “jalankote” was we made yesterday directly in cooking and we make “peco Doang” today. After that, we help the other groups for finishing they job because this food quickly bring to the restaurant. And then cleaning all the tool we used before and set up the food at the restaurant. Assalamualaikum  Good evening and happy reading, We started at 8 o'clock in the morning just like usual. We were oneline and supervisor questioned us about our prepare for Indonesian Buffet. Because of all the preparation was completed, we were able to doing soon. First, my team made terong santan. The ingredient such as : eggplant, coconut milk, water and spicy such as shallot, garlic, Chili, Cayenne then blended and sauté until fragrant. Picture 1 is terong santan and I will explain a little about its history. Terong is fruit-producing plants used as vegetables. Originally from India.
