Daily Activity (English Version) #1 " Breakfast Menu "
Today, at 08:00 o'clock we were oneline in front of the kitchen. Before we got into the kitchen, we were absent and checked the completeness of the tools, both kitchen utensils and self attributes. After we checked the tools and everything were completed, we got into the cold kitchen and did oneline again.
At 08:30 o'clock we did an introduction to seniors. After that, we were given motivation and direction from the lecturer for made the breakfast menu, likes hard roll and apple juice. After the direction done, we began to divided the group according to what had been determined by the lecturer. Next we prepared ingredients and made the product. Then we took a rest and one of the group representatives took turns guarding the product which baked in the oven.
At 13:00 o'clock, we back to the kitchen for checked the product that we've made. After that, we were told to make the second product, likes danish dan croissant. We prepared and we made it. We were done at 16.00 o'clock. When all the groups were done, we divided the section for general cleaning and we were done at 17:30 o'clock. After that we took a rest at 18:00 o'clock. Next we were oneline and prepared for back to the home.
