Daily Activity (English Version) #4 " Indonesian Breakfast "
At 07:00 o'clock we did oneline in front of the kitchen and we checked the tools. After that, we got into the cold kitchen and we did oneline again. At 07:30 we given the directions from lecturer about indonesian breakfast. After that we divided the groups according the group individual work. And my group were given the task for made the chicken porridge.
After my group done, at 10:00 o'clock we were open restaurant. And my task was portion the chicken porridge. After breakfast finished, we cleaned the worked area and all of the tools that we've used. Next, we told to took a rest started from 11:30 until 12:30.
After we took a rest, we back to the cold kitchen and did review until 14:30. After finished, we divided the groups for general cleaning. And my section was restroom. Next, we took a rest around 30 minutes. Then at 16:30 we did oneline in front of the kitchen and prepared for back to home.
