At 08:00
we do one line in front of the kitchen as well as check the perelengkapan start
from toolbag, small book, socks, and handkerchief.After examination is
finished, we were oneline in cold kitchen and given direction by supervisor in
making menu Table D ' Hote rotation 1.2.After the direction is over, we start
taking the material we created yesterday for next we will serve. But today we
have english class for group 5, so we are not working to help prepare dessert
menu. The task that was going to we did eventually we left off and another
group that replaced our part.We entered into the classroom to follow the
learning process.
At 09:30
we started waiting for the mentor but the counselor did not come in because the
schedule was moved in the afternoon.So we went back into the cold kitchen to
help our friend prepare the lunch.At 12:00 the restaurant starts to open and
all the groups are ready on After all the rest of the restaurant was closed and
all the tools that have been used cleaned then returned to utensils
storage.we prepare materials for 1.3 tomorrow rotation.
At 15:30
we went back to one line in front of cold kitchen and allowed to rest by
supervisor. After the break was over, we went back to do one line to do general
cleaning. But my group is English Class in class 103 so we do not have time to
do general cleaning with friends. In the classroom, we were taught the procedures
of dialogue and using the correct language in making daily activity. The class
finally finished at 16:30 and we returned to the kitchen for one line at once
given an explanation of the work today. finished us back home each.
