At 07:30 i left from dormitory to campus by motorcycle.After arrive at the parking,i walked to the kitchen with my senior.At 08:00 we started oneline in front of the kitchen as well checking equipment.Checked tools such as tool bags,socks,glasses,nail clippers and napkin.After examinationis complete,we went in and store the bag at the locker that has been provided.After that we were one line in front of cold kitchen as well doing a review of basic material semesters 1.After the review was over,we began to be directed by senior siblings to prepare the material made yesterday by group 2 and we helped the appetizer section.The restaurant opened at 12:00 and all the groups had their dishes ready.After all the dishes had been brought and the restaurant is closed too,all the tools that have been used by group 2 are cleaned up and stored in Utensils Storage.The finshed group makes the product allowed to rest for 10 minutes then alternate with our group.
We went back one line in the cold kitchen to divide the group into preparing the rotation menu1.1.We were gave the task of preparing food for the main course such as Beef Stew,Bake of Potato,and Zucchini Saute Provencale.We finished preparing the material at 15:00 and allowed to break for 30 minutes.At 15:30 we returned and one line to divided the group to do general cleaning.After finished,we were gave by the lecturers about the menu tomorrow at once allowed to go home.
