At 07:10 I
left from the dorm to the campus by motorcycle.Setelah parked, I walked to the
canteen to bring a deposit from the village and immediately headed to the
kitchen.After up in the kitchen, I sat down with friends and told a little
about money At 08:00 we do one line in front of cold kitchen at the same time
checking equipment such as socks, nail clippers, napkin, and toolbag.After
examination is complete, we were allowed to enter into the kitchen and store
the bag at the lockers that have been provided.
I save the
bag at locker number 17 and fill the daily absented available in addition to
office.After finished filling, I entered into the cold kitchen and went back one
line.When line is neat, we are gave direction by senior brother about the menu
today then
we started
taking all the ingredients we had prepared yesterday. I was in group 1 and my
group assigned to prepare the main course.As for we prepared such as Beef Stew, Bake of Potato,
and Zucchini Saute Provencale.After preparation is complete, we began to
prepared at section respectively.
The
restaurant was open at 12:00. We started preparing the dishes that had been
made earlier and I was in charge of bringing the food ordered by the guests.
After all orders were brought, the restaurant closed and we cleaned the
equipment we had used earlier. After that, group 2 which was helping us to
re-prepare for the rotation menu tomorrow. After the preparation finished, we
did one line and allowed a break for 30 minutes. We used that time to pray for
the Muslims and eat. After returning, we went back one line and split the group
to do the general cleaning.After the general cleaning finished, we were gave a
little direction by the lecturer and allowed to go home.
