On this
day I depart from the dorm to the campus at 7:10 on foot with my friends. Then
I gather in front of the kitchen with my friend preparing to go into the
kitchen. Before entering the kitchen we do the one line that has become our
obligation before entering into the kitchen, we are one line and we are also
absent one by one to enter into the kitchen to check the grooming and equipment
that we need to prepare to enter the kitchen.
Then
we kept our luggage in the locker next to the kitchen section (Butcher) and
also we filled the logbook absent in front of the study program room, after
which we returned one line in one of the kitchen section room (Cool Kitchen) to
start the activity immediately or make a product that will be issued to the
restaurant, but before the activity starts we pray first that will be led by
the chairman of the class so that all our activities on this day can run
smoothly.
After
that, my friends were given a little direction and explanation about the menu
that we will make by supervisior.Meanwhile I only help friends prepare their
products. At 08:30 we started making products with menus that will be released
to the restaurant on this day so that the product we made is not too late to be
issued to the restaurant. After the product that we made ready to be served, we
immediately platting and removing our products to the restaurant. After that we
do General Cleaning and get ready to go home.
