On this day I went from the dorm to the campus with friends using motorcycles. On the way, I met many students and we greet each other. After arriving at the parking, I parked the motor near the futsal field and walked to the kitchen. After arriving at the kitchen, I directly use grooming equipment then wait time to do one line. At 08:00 we are one line in front of the kitchen at once check equipment such as toolbag, napkin, socks and shoes then we are allowed to enter into the kitchen.
In the kitchen, we kept the bag in the locker and into the cold kitchen to do one line.After neat rows, we were told to collect small book and do a review and given direction for rotation menu 2.1.At 11:00 we started to be divided groups to prepare materials and my group duty is the dessert part of Tang Zhong.After we finish making it, we save the Bread into Bain Marie and back into the cold kitchen to listen to the next directions .
Then the resting group outside is logged in to prepare the rotation menu materials tomorrow. After group 2 is finished, preparing our material is allowed rest and pray for Muslims about 1 hour. At 16:00 we return to kitchen and start dividing section to do general cleaning. The section that I clean the Butcher and Main Kitchen.After all sections cleaned, we rest outside while waiting for lecturers to listen direction.Finally the lecturer came and gave a little explanation and we are allowed home.
