On this day I left from dorm to campus using motorcycle with Yudha. Along the way, we told about the financial problems of the crisis. After getting parked, we went straight to the kitchen with another friend and returned to tell about the future. Then when he arrived at the kitchen , I immediately use the equipment grooming while waiting for other friends to come. At 08:00, we do one line in front of the kitchen as well as absent and inspection equipment. We are only allowed entry when our equipment is complete.

Checked equipment such as Blank Savo, Necktie, Apron, Toolbag, socks and so on. After my name is called, all the equipment that I carry is complete and I am allowed to enter and immediately store the bag at the locker. Then I headed to the cold kitchen and went back to do one line.After a neat row, the lecturer came in and gave us directions and invited us to explain the materials we have prepared and how to read a good recipe.Then we are allowed to cook menus today.But, our group only help other groups because the product which we made has been completed since yesterday.

The restaurant is open from 14:00 to 15:00 and everything is ready on each section. After the restaurant closes, all used kitchen utensils are cleaned and put back in place and then we return one line and the second group continue to prepare unfinished yesterday . We did not break today because we immediately did the general cleaning to quickly go home. As for the section that I cleaned the Main Kitchen and Restroom.I also help move the cabinet. After all done, we went back to do one line for direction then we are allowed to go home.

This morning I am leave from Dormitory to Campus with my seniors. this is the fourth day   in this week and I am late because I saw my friend was line up and   I am just arrived in the kitchen. I use all my equipment and join with my friends. After check attendance list, I go to chiller for take the ingredients we prepared before, then we back to kitchen to get some information from lecturer about menu today. The name of menu we make today is Celebes buffet and my groups get appetizer because my group in this week just making appetizer. “jalankote” was we made yesterday directly in cooking and we make “peco Doang” today. After that, we help the other groups for finishing they job because this food quickly bring to the restaurant. And then cleaning all the tool we used before and set up the food at the restaurant. Assalamualaikum  Good evening and happy reading, We started at 8 o'clock in the morning just like usual. We were oneline and supervisor questioned us about our prepare for Indonesian Buffet. Because of all the preparation was completed, we were able to doing soon. First, my team made terong santan. The ingredient such as : eggplant, coconut milk, water and spicy such as shallot, garlic, Chili, Cayenne then blended and sauté until fragrant. Picture 1 is terong santan and I will explain a little about its history. Terong is fruit-producing plants used as vegetables. Originally from India.
