Daily Activity(English Version)#22

Early morning, I come to kitchen because our campus have guess from ministry of Tourism, this time I leave alone because my friends still sleep  at Dormitory. When I arrived in campus I  check my friends first  but not much, after that I prepare grooming tools while I  waiting my friend come. Me and my friend share about what the menu we making today and what the new project we will make.

When all my friend come, we make one line and start the attendance list and recheck the tools, after that we enter to the kitchen and go to loker to save our bag and then we go to cold kitchen to make one line again before we start cook, we get some directive and spirit because two days ago our entertainment night not good but our lecturer always  support us to be better and our performance.

After that,we can work and our class Leader devide us two section or grup while the second grup  have special work, they are cleaned the kitchen area because the guess from minister of Tourism will come to the kitchen so we must get best services. My group has job make appetizer, when the menu ready we help our group to finishing the food while wait the rest time at 14.30. after that we make general cleaning and then we got some direction and we back to home.
