On this day I departed from the dormitory to the kitchen.Usually I go to campus using a vehicle but today I decided to walk because I think walking is more money saving while doing morning exercise.Many friends also choose to walk because the campusis very close to the hostel.In your journey we talked a lot about the Lebaran experience yesterday.I heard strange and interesting events from friends in their respective.

After arriving in the kitchen,I immadiately put on the equipment and checked the materials we had prepared yesterday.At 8.00 a.m. we did one line in front of the kitchen while checking attendance and checking equipment.After everything was done,we were allowed to enter and return to one line and listen the direction from the lecturer about the menu that we will make.We started to share the assignment and our group still got an appetizer.The menu that we made was Macedoine of Vegetable and Sandwich.

After all the food was ready, some of our was ready,some of our friends started cleaning the equipment that we had used and started preparing the ingredients that we would make tomorrow. Then, we were allowed to take a break while having lunch.At 3.30 a.m. we did general cleaning cleaning until it was finished and waited for the lecturer to giving directions.Not long after,we returned to one line to evaluate the mistakes we made and we were allowed to go home.

This morning I am leave from Dormitory to Campus with my seniors. this is the fourth day   in this week and I am late because I saw my friend was line up and   I am just arrived in the kitchen. I use all my equipment and join with my friends. After check attendance list, I go to chiller for take the ingredients we prepared before, then we back to kitchen to get some information from lecturer about menu today. The name of menu we make today is Celebes buffet and my groups get appetizer because my group in this week just making appetizer. “jalankote” was we made yesterday directly in cooking and we make “peco Doang” today. After that, we help the other groups for finishing they job because this food quickly bring to the restaurant. And then cleaning all the tool we used before and set up the food at the restaurant. Assalamualaikum  Good evening and happy reading, We started at 8 o'clock in the morning just like usual. We were oneline and supervisor questioned us about our prepare for Indonesian Buffet. Because of all the preparation was completed, we were able to doing soon. First, my team made terong santan. The ingredient such as : eggplant, coconut milk, water and spicy such as shallot, garlic, Chili, Cayenne then blended and sauté until fragrant. Picture 1 is terong santan and I will explain a little about its history. Terong is fruit-producing plants used as vegetables. Originally from India.
