       Good night. Today as usual we are oneline in front of the kitchen at 8:00 a.m., after that we are all absence while checking the tools we carry one by one. After that we immediately enter into the kitchen and directly oneline while waiting for other friends who are still outside.

          Soon all the friends were complete and we also waited for Mr. Ical to give us material and directions about the menu that we will prepare today. But before that, Mr. Ical told us to clean the floor in front of the entrance to the Lobby, because there were still lots of sticky paints and cement. So we immediately took the tools in the warehouse to immediately clean all the dirty floors.

          After that Mr. Ical came and told us oneline and gave us material about the menu that we will prepare today, Celebes Buffet. We also divided my group and group into the Main Course. The Main Course menus are White Rice, Konro Bakar, Pallu Ce’la, Urap Kangkung, Pickles, Crackers and Sambal. Today we only prepare the material, but for Konro Bakar we have to solve it today and the next day we will burn it.

This morning I am leave from Dormitory to Campus with my seniors. this is the fourth day   in this week and I am late because I saw my friend was line up and   I am just arrived in the kitchen. I use all my equipment and join with my friends. After check attendance list, I go to chiller for take the ingredients we prepared before, then we back to kitchen to get some information from lecturer about menu today. The name of menu we make today is Celebes buffet and my groups get appetizer because my group in this week just making appetizer. “jalankote” was we made yesterday directly in cooking and we make “peco Doang” today. After that, we help the other groups for finishing they job because this food quickly bring to the restaurant. And then cleaning all the tool we used before and set up the food at the restaurant. Assalamualaikum  Good evening and happy reading, We started at 8 o'clock in the morning just like usual. We were oneline and supervisor questioned us about our prepare for Indonesian Buffet. Because of all the preparation was completed, we were able to doing soon. First, my team made terong santan. The ingredient such as : eggplant, coconut milk, water and spicy such as shallot, garlic, Chili, Cayenne then blended and sauté until fragrant. Picture 1 is terong santan and I will explain a little about its history. Terong is fruit-producing plants used as vegetables. Originally from India.
