Today was the day I practiced with my group because yesterday we were a group of helpers. At 6:50 a.m., I went to the kitchen alone because the food I was going to make needed a long process. After I arrived in the kitchen, I immediately put on the equipment and headed to the chiller to pick up the material that I had prepared from yesterday. While waiting for another friend to come, I finished the work that I was able to do on my own.

Not long after that all my colleagues came and immediately helped me. After finished, we returned to one line to be gave directions on the menu and the speed of the time we had to pursue. After that, we returned to each other's work. For the group that finished working on the product immediately help other groups to get the work done quickly on time. After all the food is ready, we arrange all the food to be brought to the restaurant and some of us arrange it as a container for presenting.

At 11:00 all food we immediately bring to the restaurant. All the equipment and table working that we have used are cleaned immediately. Then we take a break while preparing to pray for the Moeslems. At 3:30 a.m. we conduct general cleaning as a whole because today is Friday. As for the clearing area synk and main kitchen. For new students who are late, we assign them to clean the whole page. After all is done, we do one line and go home.
