Assalamu’alaikum wr.wb
Today I will tell you about my first activity at the hotel '' Gammara '’ with friends. In the morning, I leave for the hotel. "Gammara and Agus used motorbikes. On the way, we met people who were also went to work with various kinds of faces from regions throughout the archipelago. But that made me sad because the aquatic environment that has been polluted and smells bad because of too much waste disposal and also bad for the health of the local community.

After arriving at the hotel '' Gammara '', Agus and I have been waiting for friends to meet with  Chef Dino but today Chef is not present due to a holiday. We were only welcomed by Chef de Partie and immediately divided the shift time as well as the given section .I got a section playing the kitchen. Before we worked, we were shown the room in the kitchen as well as getting acquainted with all the Chefs there. After the introduction, I was shown a menu and immediately worked on preparing the ingredients that we will make tomorrow.

After we have finished preparing all the ingredients, we are given the task of cleaning the kitchen because there will be an inspection by the General Manager. Then we are welcome to take a break alternately and those who have not rested are given the task of checking the ingredients that have just arrived. After the break is over, we are taught how to carve the fruit true. Carving fruit was not easy and needed training to create a beautiful work of art. At 3:30 a.m., we were invited to the swimming pool to sell food to guests. After finishing, we asked permission to go home.

This morning I am leave from Dormitory to Campus with my seniors. this is the fourth day   in this week and I am late because I saw my friend was line up and   I am just arrived in the kitchen. I use all my equipment and join with my friends. After check attendance list, I go to chiller for take the ingredients we prepared before, then we back to kitchen to get some information from lecturer about menu today. The name of menu we make today is Celebes buffet and my groups get appetizer because my group in this week just making appetizer. “jalankote” was we made yesterday directly in cooking and we make “peco Doang” today. After that, we help the other groups for finishing they job because this food quickly bring to the restaurant. And then cleaning all the tool we used before and set up the food at the restaurant. Assalamualaikum  Good evening and happy reading, We started at 8 o'clock in the morning just like usual. We were oneline and supervisor questioned us about our prepare for Indonesian Buffet. Because of all the preparation was completed, we were able to doing soon. First, my team made terong santan. The ingredient such as : eggplant, coconut milk, water and spicy such as shallot, garlic, Chili, Cayenne then blended and sauté until fragrant. Picture 1 is terong santan and I will explain a little about its history. Terong is fruit-producing plants used as vegetables. Originally from India.
