Assalamu’alaikum
This is the second day I went to the Gammara hotel with my friends. But today I was given the entrance assignment during the day according to the schedule that was shared. I went straight to the main kitchen to help friends make Jalankote and Lumpia entries for the next day. After I finish cutting the vegetables that we will use tomorrow, I help friends in other sections to speed up and at the same time ease the work. At 2:50 a.m., I ask permission for a break of about 15 minutes

After taking a break, I returned to the kitchen and prepared ingredients to sell food in the afternoon. At 3:30 p.m., all the food we were selling was immediately transferred to the trolley and then taken to the swimming pool. In the pool, we re-organized the food and divided the place to sell food to guests who have finished swimming. At 7:00 p.m. we finished selling food and all the remaining food was put into a trolley and returned to the kitchen.

After all the food ingredients were stored, my friends and I cleaned up all the tables we used. The equipment we had used returned to the steward so that it was immediately washed. Then I returned to help the senior who was there to make White Stock because the supplies in the freezer were already run out. I also asked many seniors who were there about the work experience they had gone through while they were employees at the Gammara hotel. At 8:00 a.m., we were allowed to go home

This morning I am leave from Dormitory to Campus with my seniors. this is the fourth day   in this week and I am late because I saw my friend was line up and   I am just arrived in the kitchen. I use all my equipment and join with my friends. After check attendance list, I go to chiller for take the ingredients we prepared before, then we back to kitchen to get some information from lecturer about menu today. The name of menu we make today is Celebes buffet and my groups get appetizer because my group in this week just making appetizer. “jalankote” was we made yesterday directly in cooking and we make “peco Doang” today. After that, we help the other groups for finishing they job because this food quickly bring to the restaurant. And then cleaning all the tool we used before and set up the food at the restaurant. Assalamualaikum  Good evening and happy reading, We started at 8 o'clock in the morning just like usual. We were oneline and supervisor questioned us about our prepare for Indonesian Buffet. Because of all the preparation was completed, we were able to doing soon. First, my team made terong santan. The ingredient such as : eggplant, coconut milk, water and spicy such as shallot, garlic, Chili, Cayenne then blended and sauté until fragrant.
