Assalamu’alaikum
This is the
second day I went to the Gammara hotel with my friends. But today I was given
the entrance assignment during the day according to the schedule that was
shared. I went straight to the main kitchen to help friends make Jalankote and
Lumpia entries for the next day. After I finish cutting the vegetables that we
will use tomorrow, I help friends in other sections to speed up and at the same
time ease the work. At 2:50 a.m., I ask permission for a break of about 15
minutes
After taking a
break, I returned to the kitchen and prepared ingredients to sell food in the
afternoon. At 3:30 p.m., all the food we were selling was immediately
transferred to the trolley and then taken to the swimming pool. In the pool, we
re-organized the food and divided the place to sell food to guests who have
finished swimming. At 7:00 p.m. we finished selling food and all the remaining
food was put into a trolley and returned to the kitchen.
After all the
food ingredients were stored, my friends and I cleaned up all the tables we
used. The equipment we had used returned to the steward so that it was
immediately washed. Then I returned to help the senior who was there to make
White Stock because the supplies in the freezer were already run out. I also
asked many seniors who were there about the work experience they had gone
through while they were employees at the Gammara hotel. At 8:00 a.m., we were
allowed to go home
