On this day, I did the fourth final practice with friends. As usual before starting the activity we always prayed that what we did today went smoothly. After praying, we began counting the amount of food that was available and out today. I was in the main course section and made the "Rice 'Mix" menu. The thermology of this food is unknown until now. However, complementary foods come from various regions in Indonesia such as Rendang from Minangkabau, Sate lilit ikan from Bali, Jukut urap from Java.

After giving direction, we were welcome to work. All the materials we prepared yesterday were released and cooked. However, there are also ingredients that we must prepare again because they were used up in the final practice yesterday. I was assisted by my colleague, Ikki and Yuda making Satay wrap. The fish that should help me today is Yusril, but our friend got the accident yesterday when he was on his way back to his house. Luckily the wound suffered by Yusril was only a scratch on the legs. After finishing making one meal, I was called to explain the menu. that I made today.

The restaurant open at 1:00 p.m. and all get ready in their respective sections. The smooth condition of the kitchen makes us not feel much lacking because the ingredients we prepare are more than enough and besides that friends who help are also quite a lot. After the restaurant is closed, we are told to clean the contents of the freezer and make food for today and tomorrow too. After finished
, we started to do general cleaning with friends. The parts that we cleaned were just playing kitchen, butcher, and pastry because tomorrow we do general cleaning again. Not all the part was clean and we were given direction before leaving training, especially in social problems in today's young people, we were welcome to go home to each other.
