Assalamualaikum wr.wb

Today my group gets a part to handle fast food. In the previous post, I told you a little about preparing my group for fast food today. But apparently today the food that we had prepared for fast food, will be released to the restaurant by presenting the menu d'hote menu. We were given a change of plan when we wanted to leave practice. because there are only 3 types of food for fast food, so we add soup. The soup that we put out for the restaurant is carrot soup.

 Because yesterday we didn't have time to prepare again, so today we came quickly so that our food came out to the restaurant on time. The food we will spend on restaurants is 20pax. Our campus has guests from outside that we must treat as well as possible. Because yesterday I only prepared cheese brownies for 15pax, so today I made cheese brownies again. I came to campus in the morning so that the cheese brownies could get out at the restaurant on time. From morning we were very busy to do. We chased time so we could finish our food on time. I started making cheese brownies. To make cheese brownies do not require a lot of energy and a lot of time. But it takes quite a long time when the brownies are already baked.

 After the brownies are baked, I help other friends who need my help. Our food will come out at 11:00. After 10:00 we start preparing for plating. We are plating as attractive as possible because we treat are important guests of our campus.

This morning I am leave from Dormitory to Campus with my seniors. this is the fourth day   in this week and I am late because I saw my friend was line up and   I am just arrived in the kitchen. I use all my equipment and join with my friends. After check attendance list, I go to chiller for take the ingredients we prepared before, then we back to kitchen to get some information from lecturer about menu today. The name of menu we make today is Celebes buffet and my groups get appetizer because my group in this week just making appetizer. “jalankote” was we made yesterday directly in cooking and we make “peco Doang” today. After that, we help the other groups for finishing they job because this food quickly bring to the restaurant. And then cleaning all the tool we used before and set up the food at the restaurant. Assalamualaikum  Good evening and happy reading, We started at 8 o'clock in the morning just like usual. We were oneline and supervisor questioned us about our prepare for Indonesian Buffet. Because of all the preparation was completed, we were able to doing soon. First, my team made terong santan. The ingredient such as : eggplant, coconut milk, water and spicy such as shallot, garlic, Chili, Cayenne then blended and sauté until fragrant. Picture 1 is terong santan and I will explain a little about its history. Terong is fruit-producing plants used as vegetables. Originally from India.
