Daily Activities English Version #6
Assalamualaikum wr.wb
Today is our first day of practice. Today before we enter the kitchen, our assignment is examined. We were given the task of pak ical, namely translate books. So we were divided into 4 groups and each group got one chapter to translate into Indonesian. Each group is also divided per page, like in my group each person gets two pages to translate into Indonesian. If our work is not completed, then we are not allowed to enter practice in the kitchen before our task is complete. All of our tasks have been completed, but not all groups are allowed to enter because there are several groups whose tasks are incomplete and not in accordance with the assignments they should, so only group one enters the kitchen. Other groups improve on their assignments. Around 9 o'clock Mr. Ical shows how to make good croissant. All groups watched Mr. Ical make croissants. After finishing explaining how the steps and techniques for making croissants are good and right, we also started making croissants.
This week we are focused on making croissants, so fast food is stopped so we can finish on croissant material and can move on to other equally important material. Because, if we are too long to be covered with croissants, we will miss a lot of other very important material. For making this croissant, for two people we stir 500gr of the mixture. I make. Roissant with mifta, but in 500gr dough I divide again with mifta so that we know the location of our respective mistakes.
