Daily Activities English Version #9

Back again on my blog. Today is the last day of practice this week. Yesterday we finished making croissants and sour bread. Our croissants are as good as sour bread, so today we move on to the next material. Today's material is tartlet. Tartlet is a baked food, the basic ingredients of a pastry cake and filled with something sweet or savory, but the top of this food is not covered or coated with pastry. The contents of modern tarts are usually fruit-based, sometimes with custard.

The tartlet that we have to make today is the perfect tartlet, where the thickness is flat, the color is just right and it's neat. We make tartelt groups of two to three people. I made a tartlet with my friend mifta. We make tartlets from sugar dought. Sugar dought is a dough that is used to make pastries, tastes sweet and contains a lot of fat. In the process of sugar dough dough, you should not use too much flour, because it can cause the results of the cake to be hard.

We also started making tartlets. Today you only made the skin of the tartlet, then saved it for our mid. So our mid is the bread table where we make various kinds of bread and bring it to the rector for morning coffee. Before the tartlet is baked, the tartlet dough that has been in the form is stored in the freezer for 1 hour so that the results are better. After we made the tartlet, we also started to gc but before that we had lunch together. Because it was Thursday, after the Asr, the men went to study, so we finished gc in the kitchen.
